Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through pepperlabz.com (“PepperLabz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1) Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.


2) Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.75 per order (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders of $99+ (threshold is calculated before taxes and based on the order subtotal shown at checkout).

Note: Promotions, discounts, and coupons may affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping depending on how your cart totals are calculated at checkout.


3) Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST are typically processed and prepared for shipment the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST, or on weekends/holidays, are typically processed the next business day.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate an unusual delay, we’ll do our best to notify you.


4) Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship via USPS. Carrier and service level may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


5) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery/transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, even if a carrier provides an estimated arrival date. Carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, peak season volume, or other issues are outside of our control.


6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers where applicable.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,
  • refusal of delivery,
  • or an undeliverable address,

we may require an additional shipping payment to reship the order.


7) Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

When available, we will provide tracking information by email once the label is created and/or the package is accepted by the carrier. Tracking updates can take time to appear and may not update in real-time.


8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is tendered to the carrier, PepperLabz is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, or theft.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • checking with household members/roommates,
  • checking your mailbox/parcel locker/front desk,
  • contacting your local post office with your tracking number.

We will assist by providing documentation and helping you initiate a carrier inquiry when appropriate, but outcomes are ultimately determined by the carrier.


9) Order Issues (Wrong Item / Damage in Transit)

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of:
    1. the shipping box (including label),
    2. packing materials, and
    3. the product(s) showing the issue.

We will review and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
