At PepperLabz, all products are sold for research use only. Due to the nature of our products and for safety and quality-control reasons, all sales are final.
By placing an order on pepperlabz.com, you agree to the terms below.
1) All Sales Final — No Returns / No Refunds
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- changing your mind after purchase
- ordering the wrong item
- ordering the wrong quantity
- failing to read product details
- delayed delivery caused by the carrier
- dissatisfaction with results from any use (products are RUO only)
2) Exceptions (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item)
We will make it right only if:
- your order arrives damaged, or
- you receive the wrong item, or
- the product is missing from your package
If one of the above applies, we may offer (at our discretion):
- a replacement shipment, or
- store credit, or
- a refund (rare—typically only if replacement isn’t possible)
3) Time Window to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation) to be eligible for help.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
4) What to Include in Your Claim
To process a claim, email support@pepperlabz.com and include:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- the shipping box (including the label)
- the packaging materials
- the product(s) and visible damage (if applicable)
If the carrier packaging is damaged, keep all original materials until the claim is resolved.
5) Shipping Issues & Carrier Delays
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and delays are outside our control. Carrier delays do not qualify for a refund.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first and notify us. We may assist with documentation, but we do not guarantee replacement/refund for carrier theft or misdelivery.
6) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, contact us first at support@pepperlabz.com so we can help. Unresolved disputes filed without contacting support may be considered abuse of our policies and may result in refusal of future orders.
