Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the PepperLabz LLC ("PepperLabz," "we," "us," or "our") affiliate/partner program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("you" or "affiliate") agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1) Application & Approval

Participation in the Program requires an application through your My Account dashboard. All applications are subject to manual review, and PepperLabz may approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2) Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and able to enter into a binding agreement to apply for or participate in the Program.

3) Your Affiliate Account

You are responsible for keeping your affiliate account information accurate and current, including your registered Payment Email used for payouts (see Section 8). You are responsible for all activity under your affiliate account.

4) Referral Links & Cookie Tracking

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. When a customer visits pepperlabz.com through your referral link, a tracking cookie is set that attributes the referral to you for 30 days from the date of the click. If the same customer is later referred by a different affiliate within that window, the most recent referral is credited (last-affiliate attribution).

5) Commissions

You earn a 10% commission on the order subtotal of qualifying purchases made by a customer referred through your tracking cookie. A commission is initially recorded as pending and becomes approved once the underlying order is confirmed and eligible under this section.

6) Reversals & Invalid Commissions

Only valid, approved commissions are payable. A commission is not valid and will not be paid (or will be reversed if already recorded) if the underlying order is:

• refunded or cancelled,
• subject to a chargeback or payment dispute,
• determined to be fraudulent, or
• otherwise rejected under these Affiliate Terms (including a self-referral under Section 9).

7) Payouts

• Minimum threshold: Payouts are issued once your balance of valid, approved commissions reaches at least $50.
• Schedule: Eligible balances are paid out monthly.
• Method: Payouts are sent via PayPal, to the Payment Email registered on your affiliate account. You are responsible for keeping this email accurate — PepperLabz is not responsible for a payout sent to an outdated or incorrect Payment Email.
• Rollover: If your approved balance is under $50 at the time of the monthly payout, it is not forfeited — it rolls forward and is included in the next payout cycle once the threshold is reached.

8) Self-Referrals Prohibited

You may not use your own referral link or affiliate code to purchase products for yourself, or otherwise generate commission on your own purchases. Commissions resulting from a self-referral are invalid and will not be paid.

9) Prohibited Promotional Methods

When promoting PepperLabz, you agree not to:

• make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about PepperLabz, its products, or their research applications;
• impersonate PepperLabz or suggest you are an employee or official representative unless expressly authorized;
• promote products in a way that conflicts with PepperLabz's research-use-only positioning; or
• engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or other deceptive marketing practices.

10) Brand & Trademark Use

Any use of the PepperLabz name, logo, or branding in your promotional materials must accurately represent PepperLabz and may not imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond your role as an independent affiliate.

11) Termination

PepperLabz may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Affiliate Terms. You may also stop participating in the Program at any time. Commissions already valid and approved as of termination remain payable under Section 7; commissions on any referral activity after termination are not earned.

12) Modification of the Program

PepperLabz may modify these Affiliate Terms, or any aspect of the Program (including commission rate, cookie duration, or payout terms), at any time. Continued participation in the Program after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13) Relationship to Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Program is also subject to our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and PepperLabz.
